Welcome to Xylem and Manchester City’s football & safe water training modules, combining simple coaching sessions with important messages on water access, sanitation & hygiene [WASH].

These sessions have been developed with Young Leaders from the Water Heroes Academy programme, a global network of 10 projects tackling water issues in underserved commmunities.

Players from the men and women’s first teams feature in six video tutorials that explain how the sessions can be delivered to young people around the world. Engage with these videos by sharing with junior football teams or schools in your community to spread vital education on water.
